But will these ways by which running helps our body surprise you?

  1. Grows the cartilage
  2. Sharpens hearing
  3. Saves your skin
  4. Beats migraine
  5. Regenerates muscle
  6. Eases anxiety
  7. Prevents cancer
  8. Increases brain power
  9. Strenghtnes bones

Nos. 1, 5, 7, 8 and 9 are not surprising to me at all. I’m pretty sure I’ve read those somewhere. But nos. 2, 3, 4, and 6 are pretty surprising indeed. I never thought that running can sharpen hearing, saves skin and beats migraine? This is probably the reason why I’m getting lesser migraine attacks these past few months. In fact, I can’t remember the last time I had severe headache.
